Online Learning
At Knocknagoney Primary School, we pride ourselves in the technological opportunities we provide for our pupils to prepare them for the constantly changing world we live in, whilst ensuring they are aware of how to stay safe online. We have a dedicated computer suite in the school and every class has access to their own Ipads. Our pupils have access to apps including Green Screen, Book Creator and iMovie as well as having the opportunity to develop their numeracy, literacy, music and coding skills when using Dash & Dot, Osmo, Sphero and Xylophone equipment.
In addition to this, our school invests in Mathletics and MyMaths subscriptions providing targeted, interactive activities to develop Numeracy skills, along with Bug Club online reading for Key Stage 1 and Accelerated Reader for Key Stage 2.
During the pandemic, we have been using Google Classroom to allow teachers to continue to provide teaching resources and lessons for those pupils who are isolating. This can be accessed by using the app on a tablet or by visiting classroom.google.com on a PC or laptop.
When the app or website has loaded you can log in using your child's C2K log in with @c2ken.net afterwards along with their password.
If you are having any trouble, please contact the class teacher via our SeeSaw app!
