Online Learning
At Knocknagoney Primary School, we pride ourselves in the technological opportunities we provide for our pupils to prepare them for the constantly changing world we live in, whilst ensuring they are aware of how to stay safe online. We have a dedicated computer suite in the school and every class has access to their own Ipads. Our pupils have access to apps including Green Screen, Book Creator and iMovie as well as having the opportunity to develop their numeracy, literacy, music and coding skills when using Dash & Dot, Osmo, Sphero and Xylophone equipment.
In addition to this, our school invests in Mathletics, Izak 9 and Times Tables Rockstars subscriptions providing targeted, interactive activities to develop Numeracy skills, along with Bug Club online reading for Key Stage 1 and Accelerated Reader for Key Stage 2.
