Noel came in to visit us from Belfast City Council. He showed us all of the safety gear he has to wear when visiting a landfill site. One of our classmates got to put it all on! He got us to smell a can that had a landfill scent inside it (yuck!) and he showed us toys made from recycled materials (so cool!). He even showed us how to make paper pots from strips of newspaper and then we planted cress seeds. It was really fun!
